Plano Orthopedic accepts most commercial insurance payers such as United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, and Humana. If you have received a letter from your insurance company stating otherwise, please contact our business office at 972-250-5660 and we will be happy to assist.
The friendly staff at Plano Orthopedic will prepare and submit a standard insurance claim form to your insurance company for services rendered, however, it is the responsibility of the patient and/or legal guardian of thepatient to make any payments not covered or denied by the insurance carrier.
