Amy Bednar has been treating patients for over 8 years in outpatient orthopedic clinical settings and currently serves as the Clinical Director for Allen Therapy Center. Amy and her highly qualified team of Physical Therapists are committed to providing optimum medical care and ensuring personalized treatment for all patients. Amy began her tenure at our Plano Therapy Center in Spring of 2004, then was appointed Clinical Director of ATC in July of 2007. Amy has a special interest in sports specific rehabilitation and foot and ankle dysfunction. She completed undergraduate course work at Texas Tech University and received her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Science and Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Amy has been happily married for 9 years and is a proud mother of two. In her spare time, she enjoys scrapbooking, reading, traveling, attending her local community church, and loves high school and college football.
