Ulnar Nerve Transposition at the Elbow

Treating Ulnar nerve transposition in Plano, Frisco, McKinney and AllenWhat is it?

Ulnar nerve transposition at the elbow occurs when the ulnar nerve in the arm becomes compressed or irritated. When this happens, the nerve does not function normally and the outpatient procedure known as ulnar nerve transposition may be performed. This procedure repositions the ulnar nerve to prevent it from sliding against or becoming pinched by the medial epicondyle (the bony bump on the inside of the elbow joint). This is also another procedure that can be used to treat cubital tunnel syndrome.
