Scheduling

Vendor presentations and hospitality requests are scheduled Tuesday through Friday.

Presentation Options

All Staff: 11:30 AM–1:00 PM
Approximately 85 employees
We ask for lunch coverage for 70-75 employees

Physician and Clinical Team: 12:00 PM–1:00 PM
Typically 4–6 attendees

All presentations are scheduled based on physician availability and clinic needs
