Katie McHugh, PA-C

Katie McHugh graduated from Texas A&M University with her B.S. in Kinesiology in 2019. From there, she went on to The University of Mary-Hardin Baylor, where she obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2023.

She is board certified by the NCCPA and a current member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.

Katie joined Plano Orthopedic in the summer of 2023 and she has been working as the Physician Assistant to Dr. McGarry, both in the clinical setting and the operating room. She has a passion for seeing patients improve and return to activities they enjoy in life through the practice of orthopedics. 

Katie enjoys running, playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. She is a big fan of Texas A&M and Dallas sports.
