Lacey Crochet, PA-C

Lacey Crochet, PA-C, is a native Texan and grew up in Austin, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin. She went on to receive her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She is a board-certified physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.

Lacey joined Plano Orthopedic in February 2019 and is working with Dr. J Richard Evanson. She is an active member of her church and is passionate about serving others in the community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to live music, exploring new restaurants, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns.”
