Education & Background

Michelle Zeidan, M.D. was raised in Weeki Wachee, Florida. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Miami. She then attended medical school at the University of Florida, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with honors in research and was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She then left her home state and completed her orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Utah followed by her Hand, Upper Extremity, & Microsurgical Fellowship at the University of Arizona.

Dr. Zeidan specializes in treatment of the elbow, wrist, and hand. She treats a variety of conditions including nerve compressions, fractures, tendinitis, and arthritis. Dr. Zeidan is dedicated to helping each patient find their best treatment plan, from non-operative and conservative measures to surgical options. She has trained extensively in management of both acute and chronic conditions, including fracture fixation, ligament repairs, joint denervation procedures, nerve and tendon compression releases, and a wide variety of treatment options for arthritis.

Dr. Zeidan has published multiple research papers within the field of orthopedic surgery and won multiple awards throughout medical school and residency. She is active in both the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.

In her free time, Dr. Zeidan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking her dog on new adventures, running, working out, pilates, binging a good Netflix show, and reading.
