Dr. Smith III is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He is licensed to practice in Texas and Arkansas and keeps current with medical advances by attending frequent post-graduate continuing education courses in orthopedic injuries.
